Hide Out Café

The name for this spot is highly appropriate as it seems to be the only popping thing this plaza. The atmosphere is good and the workers there do the best they can with what they got. The boba bear set is not refreshing and adorable. The chicken sandwich was solid, but I could use a bit more crunch on the waffle. I'll be back to try some of the other drink or food options next time.

Just discovered the cutest retro-cafe ever: Hideout Cafe in Rowland Heights! Dived into their Boba Bear Set and holy moly, it's LEGIT! I’m boba-solutely sure this is the cutest Boba drink! Boba Bear Set- get ready to give this cute bear a milk tea bubble bath. It’s boba-licious!!BBQ Pork Belly topped with a sunny side up egg? ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!And, hold onto your taste buds, because they're using ceremonial grade Matcha in their lattes AND infusing it into their amazing Matcha Green Tea Waffle, served with Green Tea Ice Cream! It's like a MATCHA fairytale come true!They now have boxes and individually packaged Instant Espresso Coffee Bags (think tea bags). Such a great idea for making a quick cup at home, at the office or when traveling.

really nice little cafe, very attentive staff. unfortunately the deep fryer was out while we were there so we were unable to try the popcorn chicken or fries, but what we did order was really delicious and yummy. will have to come back for the popcorn chicken rice and other drinks

I discovered a super cute spot in Rowland Heights called The Hide Out Cafe, tucked away in a plaza. It’s perfect for fresh, delicious coffee. We tried the tiramisu and rose lattes, and they were fantastic! We also shared the Berry’s Party, which was beautifully presented and tasted amazing—I highly recommend it. The cafe is spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the vintage decor adds a charming, unique vibe. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

Had lunch with 2 friends. Warm, friendly service and great food.

The service was great, fast!The dishes, AMAZING. Order the Bbq pork belly and Wafflewich. With tiramisu drink and brown sugar tea. All rich in flavor. No complaints. Happy to know they have a variety of different milks and asked if I had any allergies. Was offered water besides the drinks I ordered.Went in at 2pm on a Thursday. The Cafe was not packed, atmosphere tranquil.

Stopped by this cute cafe for a brief hang out with some friends and we got the roasted tie guan yin tea, boba milk tea, latte, and matcha coconut drink. Everything hit the boba craving and the staff working there was super friendly! He was the only one working there and there were only a few tables occupied, but he gave us some free cookies to munch on while we waited for our drinks. Such hospitable service and he was so kind. Thank you for a great after-lunch tea session!
